2.1 Microsoft Authentication Data
We collect your display name and email address during login via Microsoft Authentication Library (MSAL). This information is used to authenticate your access and display personalized content.
2.2 Automatically Collected Information
No additional data, such as device or location information, is collected beyond your name and email address.
2.3 Data Storage During App Session
Store data is kept in device memory (RAM) only during active sessions. This data is deleted once you log out or close the App.
3. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION
We use your data strictly for authentication, authorization, and personalization. No additional processing or external sharing occurs.
4. HOW WE SHARE YOUR INFORMATION
4.1 Supabase Authentication
We use Supabase for secure login flows. Your email is shared solely for authentication.
4.2 Internal Teams
Authorized Wennational departments may access login data for security and support purposes.
4.3 Legal Compliance
Data may be disclosed if required by law or to protect the rights and safety of users.
5. DATA RETENTION
Temporary session data is deleted upon logout. Employment data, including your name and email, is governed by Wennational's HR policies.

7. EMPLOYEE RIGHTS AND CHOICES
You can request corrections to your data through HR. Access to WENsights is revoked upon employment termination or role changes.
8. INTERNATIONAL USE AND CROSS-BORDER TRANSFERS
WENsights is exclusively used by employees in Michigan, United States. No cross-border data transfers occur.
